Room 3 Actor's Guild

Thursday night we were treated to a dramatic portrayal of classic tales! Cameron's class
performed two versions each of The Three Billy Goats Gruff and Goldilocks and the Three Bears. They had been learning and reading various versions of the stories, acted them out, and finally performed it in front of the whole kindergarten before doing it for us, so they were very comfortable and did a fabulous job! Every kid was into it, and did a great job acting. Cameron played the part of Baby Bear. Cameron was especially cute and funny, and drew a lot of laughs with his exaggeration and enthusiasm. Cameron's tongue gets scalded by the too-hot porridge!
It was so cool to see all the kids succeed so well; I go in to do groups during the week, and I was impressed even the quiet/shy kids performed fantastically. Cameron was so excited to do it, and was happy to overhear kids talking afterward about how funny he was. We loved watching him! Seeing Reese smiling, leaning forward to watch his brother, and Grace clapping for him, was so awesome.
