Almost done with internship interviews

We're nearing the end of interviews! RD had a couple more interviews this last week, and his last one is this friday at MSU (Michigan State), so he'll be flying out to Michigan for several days. We're sad he's leaving, especially since he'll miss Reese's 5th birthday on friday, but we'll have his party on Saturday when RD is back. Reese is very excited for his birthday, and keeps saying it is taking so long, and has been counting down the days the last three days. he keeps changing his mind about what he wants his birthday cake to be, from transformers to Hot wheels, and for awhile he wanted Star Wars (where he got that from I don't know, unless it was the 5 seconds he saw on his uncle's computer once). I'm hoping he makes up his mind at least the day before, so i don' t have to worry about making the wrong one. maybe he'll just be happy either way. it's fun to have him so excited about it though. Cameron gets excited about his birthday too, and says it's coming soon. He knows it's in June, but he hasn't got the months concept down yet, so we tell him it's still awhile. so then he gets excited about 'eating Reese's birthday', meaning the cake. He's got such a sweet tooth.
The last month or so we've made sure we had a treat after FHE. and have made a greater effort to make sure we have a game or fun activity as part of or after the lesson, and it's been great to hear them ask for 'home family evening' all during the week, and for Reese to count the days till we have it, but I wonder how much of it is the treats! since cameron usually mentions FHE and having treats. Funny boys.
Well, we don't have any new fun photos to post, sorry. We're hoping to have some fun on the holiday tomorrow, and we're hoping this week goes well, in more ways than one!
