Snow!!

Today is Reese's birthday!!! He woke up, came into our room, and said, It's my birthday!! He's been so excited about it. We'll have more to tell and show after his party tommorrow...RD's in MI right now, having just finished his last interview, which went great, yeah!! So we're having his party tomorrow.

I didn't want to miss these photos of sledding or post too much, so today is about sledding! On Civil Rights Day Juliana came over, and while it was snowing outside we went sledding again! Reese had been asking to go again, and it seemed a good time to go.

Reese and Cameron went down once together, and the rest of the time wanted to do it by themselves. We went to a hill that wasn't as steep or bumpy as Canyon Park, and they loved it!It was so cute to see Cameron going down by himself, just chuckling and laughing all the way down! He loved it all the time, and even tried to carry the sled up a couple times. But, he couldn't quite manage it, and RD ended up carrying him and the sled up most of the time. Reese caught on and got out of carrying his sled usually too, so RD was pretty tired by the end of the day.

RD got Juliana to try 'surfing' with him, they did pretty good, RD even made it all the way down a couple times, but they each wiped out a couple times.

But we all had fun, and it was great playing together in the snow. And of course, after all that hard play, we came home and had our great homemade cocoa and toast!
