"Spotlight" is a new favorite game, especially of Aubree. It involves the kids hiding under blankets, while RD sweeps a flashlight back and forth, and if he sees any part of them he starts making an ascending beeping noise, and if they don't hide, he gets them. as in, he tickles them. Aubree surprisingly is the best at staying still under the blanket, while the other kids wiggle and run. She can't say the name, but she'll go find the flashlight and say 'hide'.

As long as we're involved, they can be entertained by pretty much anything that requires lots of energy :p
Aubree loves to play hide and seek with me while the kids are gone, taking turns counting and hiding, but she can only wait till 2 or 3 at the most before she runs to find me, and usually tells me where to hide. I maybe have thought about letting her hide for a few minutes while I do something like laundry. but if I don't find her soon, she runs out to get me anyway, so that's out.
