Labor Day weekend

For the long weekend we went over to Inkom to see the Packards and RD's parents. We had a lot of fun at the house, roasting hot dogs and smores, including using oreos instead of graham crackers,

  flying the airplanes and helicopters Gramp and Grandma got at Smith & Edwards, getting them stuck in the tree, and throwing balls over and over again to try to get them out, and helicopters going in the neighbors yard

and playing ultimate frisbee and tag after dark with a bunch of glow sticks. The kids LOVED it, except Aubree, who liked having her glowing necklace and bracelets, but wanted me to hold her the whole time.

 So she went down to bed after a bit, and we all played. Sometimes Cameron and Reese would take off the glow sticks to hide in "stealth mode", but there were more collisions, so glow sticks were required. Grace said 'this is so fun", and everyone agreed as we eventually walked in, tired and sweaty.
And that was just Saturday! I love weekends.
