The kids apparently love road trips. Reese asked if we could go on another long trip, and we told him we were going to Inkom to visit his great grandparents Packard. He said three hours was too short. I disagree. Nonetheless we went last Saturday morning to spend a couple days visiting, and for them to see Aubree for the first time, and for Grace to see them for the first time she remembers. They were all excited about the snow falling in Inkom, but it wasn't quite as much as they were hoping for. Their snowman ended up being a snowmound.
They did get to go for rides in grandpa's four-wheeler; Grace yelled "this is the best day ever" as they all shouted over the noise of the engine as they chugged up the road.
Aubree had lots of smiles for everyone, and we all had fun visiting and hanging out. It is so awesome to be able to have our kids around family!
