Cameron turned 4 on June 23rd!!! Every year it seems like he's already been that age for awhile; maybe because he talks so much better than Reese did at that age. Anyway, he was so excited to have his birthday! He loves Star Wars right now, even though they've never seen any of the movies. He wanted a Star Wars cake, and Star Wars toys! All the Star Wars cakes were just 'edible pictures', which I don't really like; just cause it's 'edible' doesn't mean you want to eat it. So, I took the easy way out, and just made a yummy chocolate cake with Obi-wan and Darth Vader figures placed on it! Cameron chastised me for having figures instead of pictures on the cake, but he seemed happy about it still!
For his special day, Cameron went to his art class, then he chose to go to the Farm and especially see the goats. There had been a storm the night before, so there were lots of leaves on the ground they could feed to the goats, which they had lots of fun doing.
After a dinner of Mac 'n' Cheese, we went to Chuck E Cheese!! Cameron had been asking to go for his birthday ever since Reese's in January, so they were very excited!! Reese's favorite game was a steering and shooting game based on Pirate's of the Caribbean,
It was fun celebrating his birthday and having Cameron in our family! He has such energy, enthusiasm, and often shows great love and sacrifice for all of us. He's up for anything, as long as it's with someone he loves.:) He likes to be helpful, and do what Reese is doing! He loves to play 'Star Wars', and would rather act it out than play with the figures. He's very creative making up Kid K'nex into robots or planes and other Star Wars stuff. His bear and airplane blanket are his favorite comforts, and he Loves to have his back rubbed. Silly faces are more often recorded in pics than not, and he really lives in the moment!
We love our Cameron SO much!
