Aubree still loves to go outside, and can usually beg Grace and/or Cameron to go out with her when there's snow. Yesterday she couldn't get anyone to go out, but had gotten all dressed in snow pants, boots, coat, hat and gloves. She was pretty cute. So RD agreed to go out, and then Grace decided to come out too. iIwatched from the door :)

 Bree helped RD make a perfectly beautiful snowman, and Grace made one right behind a post when viewed from the door. So I didn't get a shot. Was I too lazy/cold to get outside for a different perspective? yes, i was.

But her snowman is three balls, branch arms, with gloves, and a hat and scarf. You can imagine.

Yesterday we also packed 5 boxes. And remembered (as it seems we do every move) that we have a  lot of stuff, that we  need more small boxes (after we packed our books and  1/4 of the boys books). And need to start packing more! We have three years worth more of birthdays/christmas books, and stuff that comes from having a yard, which we didn't have in Sitka. We're purging a bit, but we try to keep excess to a minimum anyway. It's harder with the kids; we had them go through their 'stuff' yesterday, and they really want to hang onto a lot of papers/cardboard creations.
Just looking at our stuff makes me tired. Tomorrow the kids are getting babysat somewhere else and we're going to try to pack up a lot of stuff. Not exactly the romantic day we had in mind when we bought a 'kids day out' at the youth service auction, but at least we'll get to use it before we go.
