Memorial Day and hanging out!

Memorial Day we were down in Denver with RD's family, which was a lot of fun. On saturday the boys got to go feed some chickens, turkeys, and calves at an open space nearby, and go on a wagon ride! No pics, cause they took them while babysitting so we could go to the temple. On Monday we took the kids to Aurora Reservoir, which was an awesome place! It was pretty cold, so we started off playing soccer, then on the playground, and finally got to the beach. After contemplating the cold water for a little while, Reese and Cameron ran through a little of the surf, but it was too cold for Reese!Cameron braved it for awhile, but had to get out when lightning was spotted.So we tried to build a sandcastle for awhile, but everyone was getting cold, so we left a couple hours after arriving. It was a great place, we hope to go back when it's warmer!

We love hanging out all together... Reese asks a lot if we can get a blanket and 'relax outside', preferably with a picnic, or some sort of food. There are so many geese around our place we haven't sat on the grass for awhile, but the geese are starting to leave! We've enjoyed the chance to fly kites, play soccer, and 'relax'.
