Pumpkin Day!
On saturday, we got to go to the temple in Denver,
while Gramp and Grandma watched all the kids. They made pumpkin sugar cookies, which they then decorated. They had so much fun!
Reese loved the sprinkles, and cameron liked the candy corn and m&m's. They especially loved eating them!
These are their creations!
Then they got to carve jack-o-lanterns!
Cameron didn't want to touch the 'guts', but they were both happy to pick out a pattern and try their hand at carving.
They both needed some help, and their pumpkins turned out great!

Impressive pumpkins! We didn't attempt carving this year--just painting, which is messy enough for me. We even let Aaron paint, and we ended up with green splotches all over our kitchen walls...
What a fun day at G & G's house! We still need to carve pumpkins....Halloween is only 1 day away. We have been trying to convince the kids to paint them. I guess we'll find out what they decide on tonight. Glad you two were able to get to the temple! Miss you guys!

Yay, fun! Those pumpkins look great! We haven't done any pumpkins this year... perhaps tomorrow? We'll see! Logan has plenty of fun just lugging the pumpkins around though!
